Why doesn’t the system include traceable identifiers of the registered person, such as last name, address and phone numbers?

Parents and caregivers already know the traceable identifiers for their loved-ones, and may provide this information during a missing persons report. Secondly, while Rapid Child Rescue provides high levels of security of all information, excluding traceable identifiers provides the highest level of protection. Predators have far more capability of locating a child from local newspapers sports and event sections then by looking at the millions of photos, with brief profile information, stored in a highly-encrypted, secure network.

Will my system still work if I’m out of town with my registered loved ones?

What’s the difference between this and ID card systems?

ID Cards provide little more than carrying around a current photo with profile descriptions, hand printed on the back. Unlike the Rapid Child Rescue system, which provides instant access to the profile; with an ID card, law enforcement officials must get the ID card, take it back, scan it, and process it. A process which usually takes more than two hours. This timeframe is unacceptable, when considering that the majority of missing people who are violently assaulted, will be victimized within the first two hours. This is precisely why the Rapid Child Rescue System was developed.
